Interconnect - Indirect Access
UK Indirect Access enables callers to bypass their line provider's network and place calls through another party by prefixing calls with a short code.
Most carriers offer this but wholesale customers can generally only ever resell a service which is provided in full by the carrier, i.e. they can't actually get the call onto their own infrastructure to complete and bill it directly.
We offer exactly this capability. Our customers may re-use our Indirect Access codes and any call attempts will be authenticated and then passed on by SIP. Permitted users are managed simply through our API.
We charge a simple per minute rate for incoming calls rather like 0800 access but at a lower level.
This is a very specialist product but also totally unique in the marketplace. It offers the most cost-effective way for a termination provider to get calls onto her network from the UK PSTN.
