Interconnect - 999
OFCOM has dictated that most ITSPs should make 999 access available to their customers by early 2008.
We are able to meet many of the requirements on our customers' behalf, terminating their 999 calls into an Emergency Handling Agency and providing caller location information.
The ITSP should update the address details relating to specific numbers by way of our SOAP API. These details will be passed on with any emergency calls to enable rapid location of the caller and prompt despatch of the relevant service.
This is offered for a low monthly management fee, irrespective of the volume of data, together with a per minute handling charge.
