We aim to provide an initial answer to all tickets within 3 working hours, Monday to Friday, UK time. Service related issues will be monitored and attended to outside of this time.
e-mailed requests are our preferred method in order to maintain accurate customer records for future reference. Telephone or fax requests will be treated in strict turn.
